It did not start out normal. I went in for an interview at
Costco and walked out with a follow up interview everything like a formality and the hiring was finished. We then proceeded to
Ken and
Bj's for a dilish chicken soup with flaky dumplings ala Ken. What a fun night of chatting and winning family history fact conversations (what). We played
Formula De, which Ken came from behind to win. All good time, but we cut the night short because 3 out of the 4 of us had to work. Yeah that’s right I had to work! Hurray! I helped with some painting and remodeling both Saturday and Sunday. Rachel stayed home and made some of
Carrie's wonderful beer bread (oh yeah!) That was so much fun, I often forget how easy and fun painting can be. I was a little out of practice but still managed to impress the people I was working for, which is good. I got called back to do some more on Tuesday. After work on Sunday, Rachel and I ate some incredible Korean food, and watched a movie
"Girl with a Pearl Earing" (look here for the review) and then went to bed. Ending a great great weekend.
